Who we are

t-kaf.com is operated by Archipel - FZCO, a company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("T-KAF", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@t-kaf.com.

What we collect

No tracking. This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no other tracking technology. It has no forms and does not ask you for personal information.
When you email us. If you write to contact@t-kaf.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use them only to answer you and handle any follow-up.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit. We do not use this data to identify you or to build a profile.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use two service providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide their service: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting, United States) and Zoho (email, United Arab Emirates data center). Your data may therefore be processed in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

This site links to our Instagram page. Once you are on Instagram, Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

Do Not Track and third-party tracking

We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" signal to switch off, and the site works the same way with or without it. No third party collects information about your online activities over time or across websites through our site.

How long we keep it

We keep your emails for as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@t-kaf.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom: we rely on our legitimate interest in answering your message and keeping the site secure. You also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If we ever add a sign-up form or a newsletter, we will update this policy before collecting any email address.
